Skydiving in Newport

The latest rage for VMTV avatars is skydying in Virtual Newport. This happened to me on opening day when I was touring the USS Scorpio Yacht. It's one funny glitch that I hope they don't fix anytime soon.

To skydive from the ship, you walk to the left side of the yacht (your left if you are facing forward on the ship's front). You have to get to just the right spot up on the side panel of the ship and fall off. If you don't get it correctly, your avatar will fall down to the water or possibly underneath the ship. If you get it just right, your avatar begins a hilarious freefall from the skys above for a good minute, eventually landing on a vast grassland below. Keep trying if you don't get it the first time, and remember to save the Yacht as one of your favorite places.. Happy freefallin'!
