All About Lauren Conrad

Lauren Conrad is the fan-favorite star of the reality MTV show, The Hills. Also known as "LC", Lauren first made her appearance on the reality series Laguna Beach. Laguna followed the lives of various high school seniors in the rich Orange County area of California. Lauren was of course amongst all the drama. If it wasn't her feud with Kristen Cavalari over their boytoy, Stephen, then it was her on and off romance with Jason. Lauren was so popular on the Laguna Beach series, that MTV decided to follow her life and career as she moved to "The Hills".

On The Hills show Lauren moved to the upscale area of Califonria, to room with her good friend Heidi Montag. Once again though, Lauren found herself a part of controversy. This time it was the fact that she didn't agree with Heidi's choice of boyfriend, Spencer Pratt. There's been all sorts of other controversy as a result of this. Some has been shown on the Hills series, while some has been aired on radio or the internet. There's the whole Lauren Conrad sex tape rumor that Spencer started, which again inflated the fight between his girl Heidi and her former friend, Lauren. Lauren's curent friends on the show include Audrina and Lo (also from Laguna Beach).

Lauren Conrad continues to be the bright star on the Hills show and she has her own website, LaurenConrad.com. She's an aspiring fashion designer, who has also interned at Vogue magazine. Lauren's also won several Teen Choice Awards for "Choice Female Reality TV star" in 2006 and 2007. Her younger sister, Breana was featured on a few seasons of Laguna Beach as well.
