The Lauren Conrad Workout Plan

Lauren Conrad was featured as one of the most fit celebrities in 2007 for US Weekly. Now her workout secrets have been revealed on Shape.com. Amongst her training regime with trainer Jarett Del Bene, Lauren performs a workout routine targetting all major muscles in about 20 minutes time.
The workout includes 3 sets of 12 to 15 reps for each move, with 30 seconds rest in between sets. An excercise band is used for resistance, and the moves include a Squat/Press, Seated Row, Resisted Push Up and Butt Blaster.
The workout has obviously payed off for the Hills star who slimmed down quite a bit last year. Her trainer also has a workout DVD, Look Like a 10, Feel Like a 10, coming out this month.
